Your priority is our priority- conserving the integrity of your systems and keeping them operational with minimal downtime. Our decades worth of field experience has familiarized us with complex control system bugs, process interruptions, and machine failures. We are able to visit your facility on an as-needed basis, wherever you may be around the globe.

Our engineering philosophy is to do a full assessment of control system software and hardware in-house, to the greatest extent possible, before going out in the field for the actual startup, to save manufacturing time. With over 1000 completed projects, startup and commissioning is one of our specialties. Our field engineers are capable of quick decision making on the floor, to adapt to any customer request or to provide insight to solutions to any problem that pops up. We understand that all manufacturing operations are time sensitive and therefore we want to be there to support you any time of the year. Once up and running, we are able to train plant employees and operators to give them the information and skills needed to maintain production with an emphasis on safety.

Our field service capabilities also include troubleshooting, whether the problem lies within the electrical system wiring, PLC or HMI program, instrumentation, VFDs, or any other control system component. With our close team of engineers, communication and problem solving overseas is our strength. When the problem is identified, we either fix it on the spot and send ourselves the correct components if necessary, or we assist you in obtaining the right parts and personnel in order to perform timely repair, wherever your location.
